Is a drug test required for DOT physical for Tennessee employment?
Many times your employer will require drug or alcohol screening as a part of your employment or as a routine check. These are additional tests we can complete, but these are not included as part of a DOT physical and will result in additional charges.
How long will the exam take?
Usually, a DOT physical takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. To prioritize your visit and limit your time at our facilities, you can schedule an appointment for your physical by calling our office directly.
What kinds of drugs are tested for in a physical?
The drugs that can be found with a physical include marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, PCP, opiates, hydrocodone, oxycodone, hydromorphone, and oxymorphone.
